Clear choices. No hidden surprises.
This policy explains the cookies, local storage, and third-party interactive technologies used on the ARINAZ LLC website.
Effective date: August 6, 2026
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage and similar technologies can also remember settings or support website features. Some are necessary for a requested feature, while others are optional.
Essential preference storage
The website stores arinaz-cookie-consent-v1 in local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. This preference is necessary to remember your choice and is not used for advertising.
Optional analytics
After you select “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We configure analytics with advertising signals disabled and use it to understand general website performance and usage. Analytics does not load before consent. Selecting “Reject optional” prevents our analytics loader from running and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain.
Interactive services you choose to load
Google appointment scheduling loads only after you click to open the scheduler. The Meet Naz interface may initialize when you open that page, while the conversation begins only after you choose to interact. Those providers may use cookies, local storage, device information, session data, or similar technologies needed to provide their services. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
Current website technologies
- ARINAZ preference storage: remembers cookie consent.
- Google Analytics: optional performance measurement after consent.
- Google PageSpeed portfolio previews: ARINAZ may send an approved public project URL to Google PageSpeed Insights in a protected server-side background request approximately hourly to create a refreshed screenshot. This process does not require an additional ARINAZ cookie and does not include contact, account, Tools, or app-submission data.
- Google Appointment Schedule: user-initiated scheduling feature.
- D-ID Visual Agent: user-initiated AI text, voice, and audiovisual conversation feature.
- Netlify: hosting, security, delivery, contact form processing, background screenshot refreshes, and Netlify Blobs storage for portfolio preview images. Technical logs may be created as part of operating these features.
- Portfolio website previews: a recent verified Netlify deployment screenshot may load first. When an update is needed, an ARINAZ Netlify background process requests a public-page screenshot from Google PageSpeed Insights, stores the current image in Netlify Blobs, and delivers it through arinazllc.com. The visitor’s browser does not contact PageSpeed Insights directly and this preview process does not set a Google PageSpeed cookie in the visitor’s browser. Selecting a project leaves ARINAZ and may allow the destination website to use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policy.
Your choices
Use the cookie banner to accept or reject analytics. To reconsider later, select in this page or the footer. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser, block third-party cookies, disable microphone access, or avoid starting embedded services.
Global Privacy Control
When your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal and you have not previously accepted analytics, the website records a rejection of optional analytics.
ARINAZ Tools authentication and preferences
Authorized ARINAZ Tools users receive an essential secure session cookie named arinaz_session after signing in. It is an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie used for authentication and expires after the configured session period or when the user logs out. The workspace may also store arinaz-active-brand in local storage so the most recently selected brand remains active, along with per-user tutorial-completion preferences for the general Tools guide and Website & SEO Auditor guide. These technologies are required for the requested private workspace features and are not used for advertising. PDF reports are generated from audit results in the browser and do not require an additional tracking cookie.
