Your information. Handled thoughtfully.
This policy applies to the ARINAZ LLC website, its public and restricted tools, and the Arinaz iOS app. It explains what information may be processed, why it is used, which service providers are involved, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Scope of this policy
This policy covers information processed through arinazllc.com, the public ARINAZ Email Signature Generator, the secure ARINAZ Tools workspace, the Arinaz iOS application, Ask Naz, Content Lab, AI response reports, Daily Insights, the Digital Presence Checkup, branded sharing, project inquiries, scheduling, saved content, selected images and files, local notifications, and the Naz virtual website experience.
Quick iOS app privacy summary
- The app does not require an account and does not include third-party advertising.
- Ask Naz and Content Lab each require a separate consent. Information is sent to an ARINAZ-hosted Netlify service and OpenAI only after you review the applicable disclosure and intentionally tap Send or Create.
- Daily Insights and the Presence Checkup run on your device. Consent choices, notification and appearance settings, deliberately saved AI creations, and saved inquiry drafts may be stored locally.
- Project-inquiry photos or files are transmitted only after you deliberately select them and submit the inquiry.
- Optional daily notifications are scheduled locally on your device; the current app does not use a remote-push token for this feature.
- Branded Insight graphics are created on the device and leave it only after you choose a destination through Apple’s share sheet.
- An AI response report is sent only after you review the full excerpt and tap Send Report. Reports do not add your prompt or separate contact fields; the visible response or optional note can still contain information you chose to enter. Reports are scheduled for deletion once they are 30 days old, and a daily cleanup removes expired reports.
- ARINAZ does not use the iOS app for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
Who we are
ARINAZ LLC is a Texas-based digital services company. Questions about this policy or privacy requests may be sent to info@arinazllc.com or made by phone at 512-807-8788.
Information we process
Website information
- Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, selected service, business details, message content, and consent submitted through website forms.
- Scheduling information: information you choose to provide when using Google appointment scheduling.
- Naz conversation information: text you enter, optional microphone audio used by the interactive service, questions, generated responses, and related session or technical information when you choose to activate Naz.
- Email Signature Generator information: name, work email, job title, company, phone number, website, tagline, selected layout and color, public image URL, social links, call-to-action details, and email-provider choice you enter or select. These values are processed in your browser as described below and are not submitted to ARINAZ through the generator.
- Website usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, security logs, and similar technical information generated by hosting and website services.
- Analytics information: limited website usage information collected by Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies.
Arinaz iOS app information
- Ask Naz content: text prompts and up to 10 recent conversation messages submitted after you consent to Ask Naz processing.
- Content Lab content: details and selected brand type, goal, tone, and platform submitted after you separately consent to Content Lab processing.
- AI response reports: a random report ID and timestamp, feature name, selected concern category, up to 2,000 characters of the displayed generated response, and an optional note of up to 300 characters when you intentionally send a report.
- Checkup and Insight content: Checkup answers and calculations and the bundled Insight catalog are processed on your device.
- Selected images: an image you deliberately choose from the photo library for a project inquiry. Granting permission alone does not upload an image. The current app does not request camera access.
- Project inquiry information: name, business or brand name, email address, phone number, selected service, timeline, goal, notes, consent, and up to three attachments you choose to submit.
- Technical and security information: network address, request timing, service logs, error information, and similar data that may be processed by Netlify, OpenAI, Apple, or network providers to deliver and protect the service. ARINAZ uses short-lived, instance-specific one-way rate-limit values. During an active abuse investigation, ARINAZ may also create and retain a secret-HMAC pseudonymous network safety key for a moderation-blocked request.
- Information stored locally: saved AI outputs, saved inquiry drafts, appearance choice, first-launch acceptance status, separate Ask Naz and Content Lab consent choices, and notification preferences.
How we use information
We use information to provide app and website functions; generate AI responses and plans; review and respond to project inquiries; schedule consultations; save content at your direction; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services; prevent misuse; maintain appropriate business records; comply with law; and communicate with you when requested.
Ask Naz, Content Lab, and AI safety
Opening Ask Naz or Content Lab does not send information to an AI service. Each feature has its own consent choice. Before the first Naz message or Content Lab creation request, the app explains what that feature sends through ARINAZ LLC to OpenAI. Agreeing to one feature does not enable the other. After the applicable consent and an intentional Send or Create action, the text, bounded recent context, and applicable Content Lab settings are sent over HTTPS to an ARINAZ LLC service hosted on Netlify and then to OpenAI for input moderation and response generation. Generated output is moderated before it returns to the app. The OpenAI credential remains on the server. Checkup answers are not transmitted unless you deliberately include them in a separate request.
You may separately withdraw Ask Naz or Content Lab consent from More → AI sharing controls. Withdrawing Ask Naz consent prevents later Naz requests, invalidates an in-flight response, and clears the current in-memory conversation. Withdrawing Content Lab consent prevents later Content Lab requests, invalidates an in-flight response, and clears an unsaved result. AI creations you deliberately saved remain on your device until you separately delete them.
Each displayed Naz response and Content Lab result has a Report response action. It opens an in-app review sheet that shows the full response excerpt, and nothing is sent until you tap Send Report. The report contains only the report information described above. It does not add your prompt, conversation history, account record, device identifier, raw network address, or separate contact fields. The visible response excerpt or optional note can still contain information you chose to enter. Reports are stored in an ARINAZ Netlify Blobs store, are available only to authorized reviewers, and are scheduled for deletion once they are 30 days old; a daily cleanup removes expired reports.
ARINAZ configures live OpenAI response requests with storage disabled for application history. OpenAI API inputs and outputs may nevertheless be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring unless shorter controls apply, longer retention is legally required, or retention is reasonably necessary to protect the service or a third party from harm. Netlify, OpenAI, internet providers, and security systems may process or retain limited request, status, timing, security, error, or abuse-monitoring information under applicable agreements and production settings. The raw network address, prompt, conversation, and generated response are not written to ARINAZ’s safety-event log. The one-way safety values are not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-service tracking.
If the live AI service is unavailable, the app may display a clearly labeled general offline suggestion generated from content included with the app. An offline suggestion is not a live AI analysis.
Project inquiries and attachments
When you submit a project inquiry in the app, the information and attachments you selected are transmitted over HTTPS to an ARINAZ LLC Netlify form so we can review the request and contact you. The app does not require you to open your Mail app. Attachments are included only when you deliberately add and submit them.
You must own or have permission to share submitted content. Please do not upload government identification, financial-account details, medical records, passwords, confidential employer information, or other highly sensitive data.
Information stored on your device
The app may store deliberately saved Naz or Content Lab outputs, saved project-inquiry drafts, separate AI consent choices, appearance settings, first-launch acceptance status, and notification preferences in Apple device storage. The current Naz conversation is held in memory during app use. Checkup answers and result calculations are not sent to ARINAZ. Saved inquiry drafts do not retain attachments. Local data remains on the device until you delete it within the app where that option is available, clear the relevant setting, or remove the app. Apple device backups may retain app data according to your Apple and device settings.
Photos, files, and notifications
- Photo library: access is optional and used only when you choose an image for a project inquiry, or when you tap Save to place a branded Insight image in Photos. The app does not request camera access.
- Files: access occurs only when you open Apple’s file picker and choose a file for an inquiry.
- Notifications: optional Daily Insight notifications are scheduled locally only after you request them and grant permission. You can change the delivery time, disable them in the app, or manage permission in iOS Settings. Delivery is controlled by iOS and is not guaranteed.
Scheduling, sharing, and external pages
On the website, scheduling loads Google appointment scheduling only after you choose to use it. The current iOS app has no embedded Google scheduling view. Insight cards are rendered locally with ARINAZ branding. ARINAZ does not automatically post, receive social-media credentials, learn which destination you choose, or receive a copy of a shared card. Sharing uses Apple’s system share sheet; content is transferred only after you choose a destination and confirm the share. Apple, Google, and any selected third-party app process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Naz and artificial intelligence on the website
Naz is an AI Virtual Brand Specialist and is not a human. When you choose to start Naz, D-ID may process text, optional microphone audio, session, device, and usage information to understand your request and generate an audiovisual response. Microphone use is optional and requires browser permission. ARINAZ does not intentionally use your voice for identity verification or biometric identification.
Cookies and similar technologies
On the website, essential local storage remembers your cookie preference. Google Analytics loads only after consent. Google scheduling loads only after you choose to use it. Naz may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed to provide the feature. The iOS app does not use website cookies for its native saved-content and notification functions. See our Cookie Policy for website details.
Public Email Signature Generator
The free Email Signature Generator processes the professional details and design choices you enter in the memory of your browser to render a live preview, select relevant installation instructions, create formatted HTML and plain text, copy an output to your clipboard, or prepare an HTML file for local download. The generator does not send or save those field values to ARINAZ, a Netlify Function, Netlify Blobs, or an AI service, and it does not require an account. The ARINAZ page and static assets still generate ordinary hosting and security logs. If you consent to website analytics, analytics may record use of the page but does not receive the values typed into the generator.
If you enter a public HTTPS logo or headshot URL, your browser requests that image directly from its host for the preview. The image host may receive ordinary technical request information under its own privacy practices. The URL remains in the generated signature, so recipients’ email applications may request the image from that host when a message is displayed, depending on their settings. ARINAZ does not upload, proxy, or store the image through this generator. Leave the image field empty if you do not want the signature to request a remote image.
Clipboard operations and HTML downloads are handled by your browser. After you copy, download, paste, save, or send a signature, the resulting information is controlled by you and may be stored or processed by your device, email provider, recipients, linked services, and any image host. Use Start over or close the page to clear the current in-memory entries, and separately delete downloaded files or remove the signature from your email settings when desired.
Portfolio website previews and external links
The public Our Work sections display screenshots of selected ARINAZ project websites. A recent verified Netlify production-deployment screenshot may appear immediately. Approximately once per hour, or when a stored image is stale, a protected ARINAZ background function sends only the approved public project URL to Google PageSpeed Insights for a Lighthouse page capture. The returned image is stored in a site-wide Netlify Blobs store and delivered through the ARINAZ website. Contact-form information, Tools account data, AI prompts, login credentials, and iOS app inquiry content are not included in these screenshot requests.
Netlify and Google may process ordinary technical information needed to host, generate, secure, cache, and deliver the preview. The visitor’s browser does not send the PageSpeed API request or receive the private PageSpeed API key. Selecting a project image, card, or button opens the separate project website in a new tab. Once you leave arinazllc.com, that website’s own privacy policy, cookies, terms, security, and data practices apply. Preview images are informational and may not reflect changes made within the most recent refresh window.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors that help operate our services, including:
- Netlify: website and app-service hosting, serverless and background processing, forms, security, related technical logs, Netlify Blobs storage, and delivery of portfolio screenshot previews.
- OpenAI: AI safety screening and response generation for Ask Naz and Content Lab after the applicable in-app consent.
- Google: appointment scheduling, consent-based website analytics, PageSpeed Insights measurements requested by authorized Tools users, and generation of periodically refreshed public-website screenshots for the Our Work portfolio.
- D-ID: the Naz audiovisual AI experience on the website.
- Apple: iOS platform services, device permissions, local notifications, file and photo pickers, system sharing, and App Store distribution.
These providers process information under contractual terms and their own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or follow your direction.
No sale, app tracking, or advertising
We do not sell personal information submitted through the website or app. The current Arinaz iOS app does not contain third-party advertising and is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising. Website analytics are optional and load only after consent. We will update this policy and applicable App Store disclosures before materially changing these practices.
Retention
Locally saved app information remains on the device until you remove it, reset the applicable feature, or delete the app. AI response reports are scheduled for deletion once they are 30 days old, and a daily cleanup removes expired reports. Project inquiries and business communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet contractual or legal obligations. ARINAZ does not create an account-based Ask Naz or Content Lab history. OpenAI API inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring unless shorter controls apply, longer retention is legally required, or retention is reasonably necessary to protect the service or a third party from harm. Netlify and network providers may retain limited request, status, timing, security, and error records under applicable settings and agreements. A one-way network safety key may be retained while needed to investigate or block abusive access.
The public Email Signature Generator does not create an ARINAZ-held record of the field values you enter. Any copied signature, downloaded HTML file, saved email signature, or externally hosted image remains under the retention and deletion controls of you and the relevant device or third-party service.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted HTTPS transmission for app requests and inquiry submissions. No website, app, email, AI service, form submission, device, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
- You may decline optional photo, file, microphone, notification, scheduling, or analytics features.
- You may delete saved Naz or Content Lab outputs and inquiry drafts using available in-app controls, or remove the app to clear local app data, subject to device backups.
- You may separately withdraw Ask Naz or Content Lab consent from More → AI sharing controls to prevent future requests and clear the applicable unsaved content.
- You may reject optional website analytics through the cookie banner or reopen Cookie Settings in the footer.
- You may clear current Email Signature Generator entries with Start over or by closing the page, and you may delete downloaded or saved signature copies through your browser, device, or email-provider controls.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by ARINAZ LLC, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.
Send privacy requests to info@arinazllc.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the service used and the information involved so we can locate the request. We may need to verify your identity. If we deny an applicable request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Global Privacy Control
When supported by your browser, the website treats an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional analytics unless you have previously made a different choice.
Children
The website and app are intended for business, creative, and planning purposes and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location.
Third-party links
The website and app may link to social media, scheduling, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, app, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when the revised practices take effect.
ARINAZ Tools workspace
Workspace data is used to authenticate users, administer accounts, provide content and image generation, save private work, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse. Workspace access may be suspended or removed by ARINAZ LLC.
Account records, brand profiles, campaigns, and session records are stored through Netlify Blobs. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords. A secure HttpOnly session cookie is used to keep an authorized user signed in, and the selected active brand may be remembered in browser local storage. Authorized users may submit the domain or URL of any publicly accessible website for brand analysis or a Website & SEO Audit. ARINAZ Tools automatically adds HTTPS when a user enters a domain without a protocol, then retrieves public website content through a protected server-side process that blocks private and internal network addresses. The submitted public URL is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for requested Lighthouse measurements. Audit findings are returned to the authorized user in the browser. ARINAZ-branded PDF reports are generated on the user device from the returned results and are not automatically saved as permanent audit history in the current version. Downloaded reports remain on the user device unless the user shares or stores them elsewhere. Prompts and selected brand context may be sent to OpenAI to generate text or images. Authorized users should not enter confidential, regulated, private-login, or highly sensitive information into the workspace.
ARINAZ Tools is a restricted account-based workspace for authorized users. It may process usernames, display names, email addresses, profile information, password hashes, session and security data, website URLs submitted for analysis, private brand profiles, prompts, campaign briefs, generated text and images, and saved campaign content.
