Informational purpose

The website and app provide general educational information about digital presence, business, leadership, and ARINAZ LLC services. Website content, Daily Insights, Checkup results, recommendations, and AI responses are not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

Naz and Content Lab AI features

Naz and Content Lab use artificial intelligence; Naz is not a human. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on or publishing it. Do not submit confidential, privileged, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive personal information.

Opening the Meet Naz page may initialize D-ID’s interactive interface. Starting a conversation authorizes the service to process your text or optional microphone audio for that session. If you enable the microphone, you authorize your browser and the service provider to process audio for the session. Microphone access is optional and can be withdrawn through browser settings.

In the iOS app, Ask Naz and Content Lab require separate consent. Each sends its applicable text, bounded context, and selected settings to Netlify and OpenAI only after you review that feature’s disclosure and intentionally tap Send or Create. You may separately withdraw either consent from More → AI sharing controls. AI output may be similar to content provided to others and is not guaranteed to be protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for publication. Each displayed response includes a Report response action; nothing is sent until you review the report and tap Send Report.

Daily Insights and Digital Presence Checkup

Daily Insights and Checkup results are general educational information, not a professional audit, diagnosis, guarantee, or promise of business results. Results depend on the answers provided and may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular business. ARINAZ may add, update, replace, or remove Insight content.

Local notifications

Daily Insight notifications are optional, scheduled on the device, and may be delayed or suppressed by iOS. They are not emergency, safety-critical, or time-sensitive communications. Notification access may be disabled in the app or iOS Settings without losing the app’s core functionality.

Branded sharing

The app allows you to export ARINAZ-branded Insight cards through Apple’s system share sheet. You receive a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license to post unmodified exported cards on your personal or business social-media accounts. You are responsible for reviewing any accompanying caption, selecting an appropriate audience, following the destination platform’s rules, and ensuring your use is lawful. You may not resell the cards, remove or misrepresent ARINAZ branding, claim authorship, or imply an endorsement ARINAZ has not provided.

Public Email Signature Generator

The Email Signature Generator is a free browser-based convenience tool. ARINAZ retains all rights in the generator software, interface, templates, and ARINAZ branding. You retain the rights you hold in the professional information, logos, images, links, and other material you enter, and ARINAZ does not claim ownership of the finished signature content you create, subject to any third-party rights.

The generator and every generated signature are provided “as is” and “as available.” Email providers, desktop and mobile applications, operating systems, security products, organization administrators, recipient settings, image blocking, and dark mode may remove, reformat, recolor, resize, or refuse parts of HTML signatures. ARINAZ does not guarantee identical rendering, continuous remote-image display, successful copying or installation, deliverability, accessibility, legal compliance, or compatibility with any particular email service or version. Test the signature in the actual accounts, devices, reply and forward flows, themes, and recipient applications important to you before individual or organization-wide use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the signature, having permission to use every name, title, logo, photograph, trademark, link, and statement, maintaining any public image URL, and complying with applicable law, professional rules, employer policies, brand standards, privacy obligations, and email-provider requirements. You may not use the generator to impersonate another person or organization or create deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. If you include a public image URL, you are responsible for the image host and for understanding that recipients’ email applications may contact that host when messages are displayed.

Inputs and AI output

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. Subject to applicable law and service-provider terms, you may use AI output for lawful personal or business purposes. AI output may not be unique, and ARINAZ does not guarantee that it is protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for publication.

No client relationship from website or app use

Viewing the site, using the app, talking with Naz, completing a Checkup, submitting a form, or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship, obligation to provide services, exclusivity arrangement, or binding service agreement. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal.

No guarantees

Marketing, advertising, social media, content, website, and brand outcomes depend on many factors outside ARINAZ LLC’s control. We do not guarantee sales, leads, rankings, engagement, platform approval, uninterrupted availability, or any specific business result unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, app, Email Signature Generator, Naz, or Content Lab, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, burden or scrape systems, attempt to extract protected prompts or credentials, use automated tools to abuse the service, or submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. ARINAZ may rate-limit, block, suspend, or investigate abusive access when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

Intellectual property

The ARINAZ LLC name, logo, visual identity, Naz brand character, Daily Insights, exported card designs, original text, graphics, layout, website code, and app code are owned by or licensed to ARINAZ LLC and protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited branded-sharing permission above and rights expressly required by applicable law.

Third-party services and links

The website and app may use or link to services operated by Apple, Netlify, OpenAI, D-ID, Google, and user-selected social platforms. We do not control their availability, security, content, outputs, terms, or privacy practices and are not responsible for third-party services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Website and app availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, app, Email Signature Generator, Naz, Daily Insights, the Checkup, or another feature without notice. We try to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, error-free, or continuously available.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, app, Email Signature Generator and its output, Naz, Daily Insights, Checkup, and shared-card tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, compatibility, or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARINAZ LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, email-signature rendering or delivery problems, or reliance on AI output arising from use of or inability to use the website or app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ARINAZ LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, app, AI assistant, or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to website or app use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability, waiver, and changes

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date.

ARINAZ Tools workspace

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, access to ARINAZ Tools does not transfer ownership of the ARINAZ platform, software, interface, prompts, models, branding, or underlying technology. Rights in user-supplied material and generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and the terms of any third-party AI or platform provider.

AI-generated text, website analysis, SEO audit results, sampled link checks, and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, similar to other content, or unsuitable for publication. PageSpeed and Lighthouse measurements are point-in-time lab results that may change between runs and do not guarantee rankings, accessibility compliance, security, or business outcomes. Users are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, platform requirements, disclosures, and legal compliance before publishing or relying on generated material. ARINAZ LLC may suspend access, remove content, or change workspace features when reasonably necessary for security, operations, or acceptable-use enforcement.

ARINAZ Tools is provided only to users authorized by ARINAZ LLC. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, signing out on shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account without permission, bypass access controls, probe the service, extract credentials or protected prompts, or use the workspace to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

Authorized users may analyze any publicly accessible website for a lawful business purpose. Users are responsible for having a legitimate reason to submit a third-party website and may not use the Tools to bypass login requirements, access controls, robots protections intended to block private content, private networks, or other technical safeguards. A submitted website remains owned and controlled by its operator, and an ARINAZ-branded report does not imply that the website owner requested, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the audit.

Downloadable PDF reports are informational, point-in-time summaries generated from the audit results available during that run. Reports may contain incomplete or unavailable measurements when a website or third-party service blocks requests, changes content, times out, or limits access. Users must independently review findings before sharing, selling, presenting, or relying on a report.
